The /Raiders of old were misfits and could not make it on other teams but excelled when they came to the Raiders. That strategy doesn’t work anymore although I wish it did. Guys play for money now and even when they do, like Sapp, Moss and worst of all Russell, just lay back and take advantage of what was once a legendary organization. I miss Otis Sistrunk, Lyle Alzado, Ted Hendrickson and George Atkinson that just played to play the game and gave their heart not how much was in their wallet to get that second chance.
