		<description><![CDATA[The Jaguars&#039; GM, Gene Smith, says the team needs more talent.... proving he is a master of the obvious. He does realize that part of of his job description is to find and draft talent, right? Each year, the Jag&#039;s make at least one (and I&#039;m being generous) highly questionable pick. His name should definately be on the GM Hot Seat list.
Personally, I hope Smith stays....it&#039;s like giving my Texans a 12th man on the field when we play them.]]></description>
