Dolphins up 10-6 at half, thanks to Shanks-a-tron

OK, so we’re not really going to call Rams rookie kicker Greg Zuerlein Shanks-a-tron.

Unless, of course, this streak lasts as long as the other one.

Zuerlein missed his second straight field goal just before half, and the Dolphins lead the Rams 10-6.

The news of the day is the way the Rams have run the ball, gaining 137 yards on the ground in the first half. The Dolphins entered the game leading the league in rush defense, allowing just 61.4 yards per game on the ground.

But with the St. Louis offense bogging down in the red zone, and Zuerlein looking human after a 15-of-15 start, the Dolphins have the edge.
