Overtime in Philadelphia

The Lions’ m.o. is to start slowly and then turn it on late. They’ve done it again today in Philadelphia.

In a game that it looked like the Lions were going to throw away with penalties, Detroit has now forced overtime by scoring 17 points in the fourth quarter to make the score 23-23.

Lions quarterback Matthew Stafford sleepwalked through the first three quarters but finally caught fire in the fourth.

The Eagles won the coin toss and will receive the opening kickoff.

What the hell is our defense doing. Everyone going to blame Vick let’s put some blame on that awful line and the defense

Andy needs to be fired right now. a deep pass when you have the lead with a few minutes left in the fourth quarter? Blowing a 10 point lead with five minutes in the fourth quarter? You have to be kidding me.

Andy Reid is in the NFL to make Jim Schwartz look smart.. or Matt Millen for that matter.

The Eagles were lucky to even be in this game. Lions defense looked great, minus the blown coverage that left DeSean Jackson wide open.

This team is bad. Two losses in a row followed by the bye week, then the Falcons. By Mike Vick! Bye Andy Reid!

It wasn’t pretty but they got the win in true lions form with a comeback once again… If they would play all game like they do in the 2nd half of games the lions would be undefeated. It shows you they have the talent…. Still a little undiciplined but it will come with time…
