Talk about shooting your mouth off without knowing the facts. What rule has Brees broken? He hasn’t even been accused of anything by Goodell, who’s practically accused everyone else without any proof. Brees has never been arrested for anything. He’s a family man who stays home with his wife and kids, isn’t out killing dogs or shooting up strip clubs. He also gives very freely of his time and money to all kinds of charity organizations. Not just in New Orleans but also at W. Lafayette, Indiana (home of Purdue, his alma mater) and even his former high school.

Smart guy. 6 games deep into his suspension and he is going to play. That way when his suspension is upheld, he will not be able to start game one of next season. Dumb dumb dumb.

Yeah it’s obvious that this guy lacks intelligence. His constant public comments can’t be helping his case. And as others have pointed out he is kind of average at this point in his career. At his best, he was above average, but lacked discipline and consistency.

Vilma is a great player. Primarily, he knows the game. When healthy he is the only Saints linebacker who could execute in both run and (especially) pass coverage. He makes up for Shanle, who is terrible unless a ball carrier accidentally runs into him. Vilma should be a Saints HOF player. If he hasn’t lost too much from being out, he should/could make a big impact on the saints defense. But definitely not enough for you to pick them up in ff.

Actually, it sounds more like the job description of NFL Commissioner.

Actually, that may help the Eagles. The backup looked pretty good in pre season.

Kind of like Justin Smith from the 49ers, this dude was on the field but you wouldn’t have known it because the Giants just slapped him silly.
