APA week after he wanted to play against his old team (which he may or may not have been frustrated about), running back Brandon Jacobs finally gets a 49ers uniform.
With wide receiver Mario Manningham inactive for the game against the Seahawks, the 49ers finally had room for Jacobs for the first time. Manningham’s still recovering from a shoulder injury from last week’s loss to the Giants.
Left tackle Joe Staley is also active for the 49ers. He was listed as questionable after suffering a concussion last week.
Also inactive for the 49ers are: quarterback Scott Tolzien, wide receiver A.J. Jenkins, running back LaMichael James, safety Trenton Robinson, guard Joe Looney and nose tackle Ian Williams.
For the Seahawks: Wide receiver Charly Martin, safety Winston Guy, cornerbacks Danny Gorrer and Byron Maxwell, guards J.R. Sweezy and John Moffitt and defensive tackle Jaye Howard.

Look out Seahawks, the master of the 3 yard highlight reel carry is on the way.
I cant wait to see Keapernick Hunter and James in the same backfield together.
Come on niners pound the rock! Bruisers like gore, Jacobs, and Dixon! It’s a pity about manningham though!!!! Would’ve been great to see the first rounder in
SF could have used some of Brandon’s championship mettle last week.
Go brandon! Wish you well on the left coast!
I guess it is true what they say one mans trash is anothers treasure.
All this praise for Manningham this guy was at best the #3 WR on the Giants and the 9ers talk about him like he is Jerry Rice.
It is sad to see a once proud 49ers team forced to dive into the Champions dumpster and then act like they struck gold. All you have found is fools gold Brandon was a great back in his day but that day was 5 seasons ago. Manningham was viewed as a draft bust hence why he was in that dumpster
Dat boy better bring his badass car , only way he gets any yards between the tackles. With his tiptoe act, he needs to be on dancing with the stars
