Actually, Denver didn’t dump him, he asked to be traded when McDaniels basically stabbed him in the back to go after Cassel…Jay’s record with a bad Broncos team was 17-20 and a Pro Bowl appearance, his record in Chicago is 28-18 overall, 23-9 in his last 32, 9-1 in his last 10.

the last ‘trends’ I saw was the Lions coming back in the 4th quarter to beat the Eagles, and the Bears beating up the (shudder) Jaguars. The Bears might win, but no ‘trends’ indicate your predictions either. FWIW I think Cutler will have a better game than what you describe. And so will Stafford.

Lions are like the punk 16 year old wannabe’s, and the Bears are just…Animals… No close games here…Henry Melton gets peeled off of Stafford all game as Bears D plays like the Bears D usually does, Dominating. Jay will have a mediocre/slightly above average game chucking the rock over a banged up 2nd team secondary.

As a Lions homer I have a lot of respect for Cutler surviving the Martz experiment and not getting killed. Our D-line will have to be sharp to control both him and Forte.
