Nice thing about playing on Thursday, you have an extra 3-4 days to heal up from nagging injuries like bruises.

Shame. Gore is the top back in the NFC West, has been for years. Played great lastnight. Personally think if the niners were better in his early career, he could be getting attention for possible HOF

With Gore going down in the 4th Quarter, I was especially surprised that we didnt see a gigantic dose of Brandon Jacobs. NOBODY wants to have to tackle that guy, especially in the 4th Quarter after Gore has already ran you over for 150+ yards.

I was also surprised that it took so long to get Alex Smith into a rhythm with the short, high percentage passing game. It didnt show up until the 3rd. They need to do more of that at the front of the game to get him and recievers into the flow of the game.

It was a battle, but I have been noticing a very very strong lean towards the 49ers ‘dominating’, ‘controlling’ and other phrases that make me think the writers didn’t see the game. Lynch also got over a 100yds and the 1st half was the Seahawks, the 2nd and deciding half was Gore and the 49ers but the game was a tough battle and I am not surprised players are black and blue in the used to be weak NFC West
