Right. The words that Ginsberg said went over your head. There is a conflict of interest in Tagliabue being judge. Hell why not make Mary Jo White the judge pretty much the same thing. I mean she’s a lawyer. See my point.

“Having said that, we need time to evaluate whether Commissioner Tagliabue — as much as we respect the work he did for the NFL — is an appropriate replacement given the fact Mr. Tagliabue works for the same law firm representing Mr. Goodell in both the challenge to the discipline, as well as Mr. Vilma’s defamation lawsuit against Mr Goodell. We are also concerned the commissioner failed to follow CBA procedures regarding consulting with the union before making an appointment of this sort.”

Sad to see Vilma’s lawyer is already preparing to attack the process and head back to court, doesn’t seem like he thinks Vilma has a good chance still. That sounds guilty to me.

Now maybe everything can be looked at objectively and fairly. With Tagliabue being an actual lawyer instead of a want-to-be like goofell maybe he can discern what the evidence supports. All suspensions overturned, goofell is fired, and Tagliabue is the interim commissioner until they can find another.
