Because of the poor offensive execution that defense is on the field a lot. Not just playing regular defense, but prevent defense. They are tasked with making sure the opposing team doesn’t score off another Vick turnover. They have to go out there after 3 and outs because the offense forgot they had a running back. Juan shouldn’t have been the DC, but let’s not pretend the D was the problem.
