Quinn Ojinnaka lost his starting job, and his roster spot in a week.

After being replaced by Shelley Smith at left guard, Ojinnaka was released by the Rams Monday morning, according to Jim Thomas of the St. Louis Post-Dispatch.

The journeyman offensive lineman, who also played for the Falcons, Patriots and Colts, started five games this year. He said he’s considering retiring from football, and may pursue a career in professional wrestling.

  1. This guy is a dirty player, straight up. When the Rams played the Skins, this guy practically suplexed London Fletcher on the field (guess it makes sense that he wants to be a wrestler). He was also going for cheap shots left and right on other players. People were calling him out about it on twitter, and all he had to say to those people was “sore loser”. I really hope he retires. If he keeps playing he’s going to hurt someone in the limited time he actually sees the field.

Well, it looks like the lambs are who we thought they were.

The only team in the NFC West with a QB?

    You’d be right

He ought to fit right in in that profession. From what I saw his moves aren’t real
