Gabbert’s never had a toughness problem. It’s always been his atrocious internal clock. He has no pocket presence to save his life. It’s not that he’s scared, the guy played through rib and foot injuries last year too. He’s just a complete project at QB and had no business being drafted in the 1st round. Yet another huge reach by Gene Smith. Gabbert would be a solid backup, but that’s all.

@ thankheavenfornumberseven…. have you ever even watched a football game before? Have you been smokin’ some of that wacky weed? Because I’m trying to figure out how you could compare Drew Brees and the Saints to Blaine Gabbert and the Jaguars without MJ Drew?
I’m guessing blind hatred for the Packers has robbed you of any common sense.
Anybody else have possible suggestions as to why thankheavenfornumberseven would make such a ridiculous comparison?

What’s a Packer linked story without a few jabs from a Queen’s fan?

Did anybody take time to look at the second half of the schedule? The Vikings will be lucky to go 8-8 and then the excuses will flow like wine. How nobody expected them to win this year. Actually that’s basically true every year and coincidentally the organization saves money for their owner but never having to buy a trophy case. Or any Superbowl rings.

If Chad Henne plays the whole game he is good for 3 turnovers hilself, one of which will be a pic six. Jags would have a better chance with Gabbert if his Labrum was torn in his throwing shoulder, his achilles was torn and he had a concussion.

I am a Packer fan and his playing equals a W, but I would rather watch a game without having to see obvious substandard talent out on the field. Gabbert is the worst.
