In Week one The Giants Secondary was thin. Tony Romo was lookin like Troy Aikman out there Vs that Week One Secondary. But now coming into this game, Hakeem Nicks is healthy, Cruz is on a roll ((Dropped 5 Passes in 1st game)) and it is the Cowboys who have some issues, like Sean Lee Out for season, Demarco Murray not playing, and the Giants are 1-2 in the division so they actually need this game and will play like they need this game. The Giants can roll into the Bye week sporting a fresh 8-2 record, and rest up and finish the stretch run lookin for the number 1 seed in the NFC. 6-2 coming right up in Dallas!!!!!

We can all agree that talk is cheap and that most of the players do talk trash. We can also agree that we’ll be going back and forth with this Giants this or Cowboys that but really when it comes down to it, is how the season ends, agree?

Look, FACT is, people love to hate on Big Blue because they play mediocre during the season, even barely making .500 but when the playoffs come, they seem to figure things out. I think, out of everything, this is what haters can’t stand. And the FACT that their team cannot, CANNOT duplicate this success. Admit it, I am a Giants fan and it’s downright crazy. Would I rather them get 11 wins and run all over the division and win the SB, HELL YEAH, but guess what, the team as it is at the moment, isn’t built like that. So, with that being said, we’ll just have to settle for what we can get, hey at least, we make the playoffs, right? Even you guys can’t deny that.

So, Cowboys fans, let’s stick with the facts shall we:

Boys haven’t really been successful in the past few years. As a matter of fact, it kills you guys that ELI has won all of his games (3-0, I believe) in his home away from home. And, let’s not forget, have 2 SBs to Romo’s big fat 0. FACT is, AGAIN, you guys would really, REALLY be sore when Eli does it again this Sunday, on his way, more than likely to another SB.

And guess what, even if the Cowboys win Sunday’s game, what is that, one win? You can rest assure, as they have shown, they cannot maintain a streak and may falter at seasons end. SOOOOO, enjoy the game, coz I will.

I also love how every team that loses to the Giants (and their fans) claim they had a BAD game and it was their play that lost the game, not the GREAT play of Big Blue. It is precisely the GREAT play of the Giants, that causes the poor play of these teams they beat. Whether it is San Francisco, Dallas or Green Bay, the Giants played great on their SB run and continue to play well this year. They were and are still the better team. The Dallas loss came in the first game of the season came with half the defensive backfield missing and the offense out of sync. Dallas came ready to play and beat us soundly. Time for some payback and yes Jerry can eat crow (again).

taintedlombardis – the only stat that matters is SB Wins and MVPs. Manning has 2 SB rings in 5 years and was the SB MVP in both. Sure Aaron Rodgers is a great QB, but if you can’t see Eli’s greatness, you are either just a sore loser, or a very poor evaluator of talent. Eli proved he is elite and we’ll just see how he leads the Giants to another victory this weekend.

The only thing Giants fans can point to is garbage cherry-picked situational stats to try to paint Eli as some awesome quarterback. Just because you’re behind in the 4th, and the offense scores, doesn’t mean the quarterback worked some kind of magic. It was probably his fault the team was losing in the first place. It’s a team sport. The truth is it took him five years to get his QB rating over 77. Pretty pathetic in the passing era. If not for a dropped interception and a miracle catch, he puts up what…10 points against the Pats in the first Superbowl? What about the Kyle Williams bounty fumbles last year? And the dropped Wes Welker pass? His exploits seem to be more or less his opponents effing up than some great heroics. The list goes on and on. I think fans of most teams are more stressed when their squad goes up against an Aaron Rodgers than an Eli Manning.

Eli Manning is the poster child of it’s better to be lucky than good. In Jerry World I doubt the refs will bail the Giants out like they did against the Skins. Offsides when there wasn’t, questionable illegal motion, a phantom “leg whip”, an egregious hands to the face the refs ignore, and Lochlear holding Kerrigan all day…yup, if the game is called properly the Skins and RG3 roll all over the Giants and it’s not even close.

I’m convinced Cowboy fans would still run their mouth if they went 0-18 by saying things such as “yeah but did you see how we lead in the 3rd Q of that week 8 game” smdh this is the reason the Cowboys will continue to be trash and a non factor in the NFL, because the fan base likes Jerry Jones being a loud mouth and doing post game interviews, and giving out injury reports, you fools don’t realize he’s the real reason you guys haven’t won in 18yrs. What’s funny is the Giant’s have been talking for weeks now. Bradshaw said he expected to be able to run against SF. JPP told RG3 not to come to his side. And now this. Notice the Giants have been winning. It’s funny how so many don’t realize the Giants only talk when they know there good. It’s a show of confidence. I sense that the fans of others team can sense the monster is growing in NY. The bad thing for other teams is the Giants are actually getting healthy which they haven’t been so far.
