Pro Bowl voting begins at NFL.com

NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell might still get rid of the Pro Bowl.  Until then, the NFL wants you to go to NFL.com and pile up the page views as you vote for the guys who will be “playing” in this year’s game.

Yes, one day after Goodell made it clear that the Pro Bowl could be thrown into the porcelain bowl, the NFL has proclaimed that voting is open at NFL.com.

So if you want to see a full-padded game of touch football in late January, go to NFL.com and vote for the guys who wisely hold back in lieu of exposing themselves to a pointless injury after the season has ended.

But wasn’t the Pro Bowl supposed to not happen at all ?

Can we please just get a skills competition instead? I’m sure plenty of fans would watch it and the players would still get a trip to Hawaii.

Alternatively you could vote for players who look on an appearance at the annual touch game simply as recognition for all their hard work & dedication over the season.

Pro bowl is a waste of everyone’s time. It’s really just a vacation for the players. I’d rather watch my grandma play badminton on the beach!

    Heres my votes for QBs:

    AFC QBS:

    Brady
    P. Manning
    Schaub

    NFC QBs:

    Rodgers
    Manning
    Griffin III

Brees is deserving and has made it every year since becoming a Saint. Matt Ryan is playing like the MVP but RG3 is what the pro bowl is made for.

Please remove all Giants from the ballots as we will be playing in a more important game following the Pro-Bowl.

Let me speak for everyone who watches football when I say that there is no way on earth RG3 beats out elite QB’s like Drew Brees and Matt Ryan.

    No. Freaking. Way.

RG3 is not even a top 5 QB in the NFC.

Easiest Vote in years = RG3 on the NFC squad. It will be a landslide

I always liked the Pro-Bowl because after the Super Bowl I am still tweaking for football, and there is a good chance a few of your favorite players are there. Kind of a way to say adios to the season. Now that the game is played before the Super Bowl, and players being concerned about getting hurt, it really has become meaningless.
