Dolphins at Jets

MDS’s take: I’m impressed that the Jets aren’t going down without a fight. When they lost Darrelle Revis and got blown out by the 49ers, I figured the Jets were finished, but they’ve played good football for the last three weeks, even if they have only one win to show for it in those three games. The Jets will beat the Dolphins in a low-scoring game and get back to .500.

MDS’s pick: Jets 13, Dolphins 10.

Florio’s take: Despite the injuries and the ineffectiveness and the uncertainty, the Jets have improved over the past few weeks. They’re good enough to complete the sweep of a Dolphins team that has improved even more discreetly.

Florio’s pick: Jets 30, Dolphins 20.

--------------------------------------------------
Wow... I could not be more glad to see you $crew that one up. What happened yesterday was a good old-fashioned @$$-kicking.

Why would you both pick the Eagles? Have you seen Vick 'play' this season?
The Falcons were squeaking by because they haven't been playing well.
Well, today they did. And anyone familiar with the team knows they are aware play has been poor, bye week was chance to fix. They fixed - ya think?!
alansaysyo - you are lost. Like your Eagles.

Florio’s take: Oakland has won five straight times at Arrowhead Stadium. With an extra week to prepare and everyone on the hot seat, if the Chiefs don’t beat the Raiders at home now, they possibly never will.

Florio’s pick: Chiefs 24, Raiders 10.

Make it 6 straight wins! What possessed you to make this prediction? Charles had a whopping 4 yards! GO RAIDERS!

Think whatever you like. The Falcons have been playing their best football and are squeaking by teams. The Eagles have been playing half speed all season and have been squeaking by teams.
If the Eagles can actually put together 60 minutes of their best football, the Falcons dont stand a chance.
Unfortunately, the Eagles havent shown 50% of their potential yet, to the dismay of all Philadelphians. They are a bunch of underacheivers. With a terrible coach.

If you think that the Falcons have been playing their best football the past few weeks then you clearly have no idea what you are talking about. In reality, they haven't been clicking but have still been winning their games.

If you think that the Falcons don't stand a chance against the Eagles if the Eagles can actually put together 60 minutes of football then you clearly have no idea what you are talking about.

I love how so many commenters on this website say "if such and such happened, my team would win." Anybody can come up with a scenario that their team wins in.. People need to live in reality.

Agree with most picks. Wish the Bears would win going away but this will likely be a close game with Cutler’s injury. 24-17 seems more likely.

@chico54..I took there advice last week and won a 3 team parlay. I am gonna do it again this week. I will take the Raiders, Chargers, and 49ers. Stra8 Cash!
My statement above is missing an important part to it and that is "west coast teams playing at 1 o'clock eastern time zone". look at the history its not fair to have them play at one, SF was smart after losing to minnesota at 1 they stayed in ohio to get use to the time zone change before they trashed the jets

@steelersownyou

Ha keep thinking that buddy, cause there is no other qb with RG3s speed and athleticism. He ran wild against two better defenses in the Vikings and Giants. RG3 is going to run for over a 100 yds and throw for over 250. And the skins will win 33- 21. Watch and see Steelers fans

Go ahead Steeler fans talk it up and take the Redskins lightly, they're defense is not that bad well with the exception of poor DB play something which can be fixed...but the Steeler receivers i.e. Wallace have a dropping passes problem... sure the Steeler defense has played against running QB's i.e. Vick, however, RGIII and Vick are two different animals working from two different systems and RGIII is a better/more accurate passer. Only time will tell and Sunday can't get here soon enough...the worse thing that will occur all game is having to look at those god awful throwback uniforms.

Yes, the Andy Reid Eagles are undefeated after the bye. And Vegas agrees with both of you. But this is the year the wheels fall off. You can’t tell me a team in that much disarray is going to get it together at the same time the Falcons go flat. Atlanta should be able to play at half speed and still win the game

-------------------

Think whatever you like. The Falcons have been playing their best football and are squeaking by teams. The Eagles have been playing half speed all season and have been squeaking by teams.

If the Eagles can actually put together 60 minutes of their best football, the Falcons dont stand a chance.

Unfortunately, the Eagles havent shown 50% of their potential yet, to the dismay of all Philadelphians. They are a bunch of underacheivers. With a terrible coach.

Steelers are a tough matchup for the Skins. Big Ben extending plays and speedy WRs doesn't bode well for our secondary. I felt much more confident going against Vikes. It will be a one possession game as all Skins games are, but could go either way.
