Doubt it. Gurley left the Packers, wasn’t signed to anyone’s active roster. Went to the Vikings’ practice squad and was released. Signed to the Raiders practice squad and isn’t there – was just signed to the Bucs practice squad.

If you can’t break into those rosters as a WR, is it any wonder why he wasn’t gonna make it in GB? They made the right choice. Gurley didn’t make the grade in GB, MN, OAK and apparently can’t get on the field in Tampa. I wouldn’t worry about Gurley vs Driver.

One thing is for sure TT knows how to draft WRs. So if they need to move on him I don’t doubt they will find an effective replacement.

Jennings is in his contract year and might think GB won’t pay him next year. I agree… look for that #85 purple jersey next year (as always). Sucks for him that he is injured because I believe he would play if he wasn’t (high character and the team is good).

Driver is gone next season, but will always be Mr. Packer.

If he were still getting open like he used to, he’d be playing more. Randall Cobb is simply the better, more reliable, more versatile, and explosive player at this point in their respective careers.

Not really. DD was on his way out last year, took less to stay this year, and everyone knows this is his last year in G.B. Cobb was set to take over the #2 spot before the season began, and McCarthy even stated they wanted to get Cobb more involved in the offense.

Jennings is as good as gone, and not surprising, Ted Thompson already had a player in place to replace him. Younger, healthier, and cheaper. We’ve all seen this pattern before.

Why would he? He has slowly been deleted from the playbook cause you have Nelson, Jones, and Cobb all younger better players.
