Andy Reid has done very well against Mike Nolan’s defense

When it was time to pick the winners in this week’s slate of games, the fact that Eagles coach Andy Reid has generated a perfect 13-0 record after the bye was all I needed to know.

But there’s more.

As Geoff Mosher of CSNPhilly.com explains it, Reid also has done very well against defenses run by Falcons coordinator Mike Nolan.

Reid has won six of seven games against Nolan, either as defensive coordinator or head coach.  Reid also has won the last five against Nolan.

Combining Reid’s record against Nolan with two weeks to prepare and the desperation the Eagles currently are feeling, picking the 3-3 Eagles to beat the 6-0 Falcons suddenly doesn’t sound so crazy.

Which probably means the Eagles will lose.

This is rare, but I agree with everything you just said. Down to the last sentence.

Going out on a limb taking the 3 point home favorite…take it to the edge my man!

He has to do well at something because he hasn’t done well at much else. 14 years and zero rings is a failure as a head coach. They will probably beat the Falcons and Eagle fans will screaming Super Bowl like they always do. Its ashame that they dont realize they have no shot at even getting close to the super bowl with Reid or Vick.

Win, lose or draw…this is going to be a fun game to watch. I’d like to see the Falcons pull this one out, but neither Mike Smith or Matt Ryan are playing for their jobs.

1 last trend you have to ride until it ends, The Falcons have not won in Philly since 1988!!!
