For example: The Patriots listed Tom Brady as &#039;Probable&#039; or &#039;Questionable&#039; every week from 2005-2007 (at least that long, one source says &#039;every game for four seasons&#039;) with a sore shoulder. 

By doing this a team would never know of a real injury and a real weakness. It seems just as unfair.]]></description>

Most people will pay for an advantage which is essentially what a fine is.
