Redskins linebacker London Fletcher, like Bucs cornerback Ronde Barber, has played in 231 straight games. Despite concern that Fletcher’s streak won’t get to 232, indications currently point to Fletcher suiting up and playing against the Steelers in Pittsburgh.
Mark Maske of the Washington Post reports that Fletcher is expected to play, barring a last-minute setback.
Fletcher has issues with both a hamstring and balance. He was checked for several hours by a neurologist this week, and he has been cleared to play from a neurological standpoint.
