i’ve always thiught sanchez was better than people gave him credit for. here’s his fourth year and an opportunity to continue to follow eli’s career arc (though admittedly without the same high end). that’s not looking too likely now. (though i remember people talking about how eli would ‘never be able to do it’ at a later point in his fourth year than this.
glad to see tebow playing sparely because i think you had to give sanchez a clear shot without him.
but if that all comes to a close, let’s see what mcelroy can do. tebow is not a qb.

Mark Sanchize is a great QB, he just has a bad supporting cast. Sexy Rexy is doing a great job with what he has and Sporano is calling a great game. Clyde Gates proved the Fins foolish today with his amazing catches and his YAC. Mike Westoff is at least a good 10 years from retirement!!! The Jets just need to go back to the uniforms they wore during the Esiason days and make Tebow a fb/te/hb. Trust me im a Fins fan!!!

I’m starting to believe that the Jets traded for Tebow so that NO ONE could play him – because Rex’s postgame comments always hint that he believes Tebow could never be the answer.

So, why would you trade for Tebow and keep him on the bench even after you’ve PROVEN to have the worst starting QB in the league? Maybe it stems from a bitterness in the last minute loss he whipped up against the Jets last season.

Is Ryan a Tebow hater? Or was the acquisition of Tebow not his choice? The real story needs to come out.

I think ABC is taking a good look at the newest football player to be considered for Dancing With The Stars. After looking at Sanchez’s foot work today, he might actually WIN on DTWS, but sure as hell cannot win on a football field.

Did you watch the game? Green popped a lucky one for 36 yards. He otherwise had 14 carriers for 41 yards, or a 2.9 average.

Ryan said from the podium of his postgame press conference that Sanchez will remain the team’s starting quarterback because he gives the
team the best chance to win. Sanchez didn’t do much to give the Jets a chance to win in the 30-9 loss to the Dolphins, completing 28-of-54
passes for 283 yards to go with a touchdown, interception and lost fumble.

That touchdown came in the fourth quarter when the Jets were already down 27-3 and his earlier play was studded with the kind of inaccuracy and inability to make plays under pressure that have popped up in half his starts this season.

can somebody tell me why other than being a parcells guy why sporano is so highly thought of? he had a terrible offense in miami and now a even worse one with the jets. they knew what they were getting in Tebow and any smart coach would use the bye week to make the changes needed for him to take over and try do what he did in denver last year. it was not always pretty but he got the broncos to the playoffs and won. hate all you want but that team with the same players sucked untill Tebow took over.

Why do nfl teams recycle offensive, defensive coaches? They stink one place and go to another and stink there! The nfl isn’t that hard to figure out. Without a qb you will never win a Super Bowl ( unless u are Trent Dilfer) the jets and about 20 other teams can not win a Super Bowl wih there current qb

Tebow didn’t just do nothing on the sideline. He also did nothing on the field as personal protector, allowing the blocked punt and defensive touchdown. Maybe they should be thinking about not using him on special teams, never mind as quarterback.
