The Browns have a banged-up running back, and are playing one of the league’s best run defenses.

So naturally, they’re running well.

Trent Richardson has 57 yards on his first eight carries, including a 26-yard touchdown run as the Browns are off to a 7-0 lead over the Chargers on a sloppy track.

Richardson has taken a few shots, including slipping on the sidelines and sliding under the bench.

The Browns just took over on a Ryan Mathews fumble, and have good field position at the end of the first quarter.
