I was watching middle 4th quarter, Jets down 27-3, waiting for the Dolphins to break a 20 or 30 yard gain and LaRon Landry to make the shoe string tackle and jump up flexing/dancing.

Blowhard coach who knows nothing about offense, and an OC who knows even less.
Rotten qb, average running back, below average receivers, and rotten back ups.
Management did nothing to bolster the offense in the off season except acquire Tebow, and they won’t let him play.
Buffoons galore. Rex will be a defensive coordinator next year. I guarantee it. Serves his fat ass right. Soprano will be gone as well. Idiots!

At least all the talking during the week, came back and hit the Jets. They were terrible today. Maybe they should “shut up” and just play.
Rex Ryan what a shameful display and Tony Sparano you may be heading “out the door” again this year. That offense today was a joke, where was Tebow? He surely can do better than Sanchez. All he did was “pad” his figures at the end, he’s a horrible QB.

Great performance by my Phins. Especially pleased to see the job Matt Moore did in relief of Ryan Tannehill.

I’m somewhat amazed, that after all the talk, the Jets didn’t bother to show up. They lacked focus and effort. That blow hard Laron Landry was a complete no show.

Should be a fascinating media week for the circus that is the Jets.

Give Miami credit. They are soundly beating the Jets in EVERY aspect of the game. The Dolphins are a much better team than they get credit for. It’s not about the Jets not executing; it’s about the Dolphins denying their execution. The officials have been sub-par again. Lots of uncalled stuff on both sides and quick whistles for no reason.

At the risk of promptin Woody Johnson to actually take a look at his coach and replace him (PLEASE KEEP Wrecks!) let’s take a look at the tenure of the current head coach.

Year 1: What should have been a 8-8 record wound up being 9-7, allowing the Jets to make the playoffs thanks to the Colts* lacking the balls to go for 16-0 and benching their starters.

How would the Jets have done against the starters? 30-17 judging by their following playoff loss to the Colts. A mediocre 8-8 plus a gift from the Colts.

Then we get into the “guaranteed” Super Bowl years – Rex apparently thought the best way to build the confidence of his young QB who came out of college early (who’s college coach didn’t think he was ready) was to guarantee a Super Bowl. Twice.

Give credit on a 11-5 season then, but again, the pressure put on the QB to win the SB by the coach eventually caught up.

Then, when most coaches would learn from their mistakes, Wrecks predicts another Super Bowl. That season results in another 8-8 finish, and even that helped by a “gift” of a win* handed to them in Game 1 by the Cowboys.

Now we’re in 2012 – looking at 3-5 going into the bye for a projected 6-10 finish ensuring they remain tied with the Houston Oilers for AFC East titles. And let’s not forget this rocket scientist of a coach failing to figure out that vidoes posted to YouTube weren’t as private as he thought.

To recap, after replacing the 9-7 Mangini, Rex has had what was really one good season in 4 years. The other seasons were effectively 8-8*, 6-10* and a projected 6-10 this season as of the bye.

Yes – keep Wrecks Ryan by all means.

If you can’t prepare your team for a divisional game at home after a bye week, you shouldn’t be coaching in the NFL(Ryan).
If you choose to trust Sanchez’s arm over running the ball in the red zone, you shouldn’t be coaching in the NFL (Sparano).
