@zaggs – I think Jacobs gets a bad rap being called twinkle toes. I watched the Dallas-NYG replay last night (from the JPP blocked FG game last year) and he ran like a beast that game.

Hey Zaggs um Bradshaw had 23 rush attempts in those 12 games which isn’t even 2 per game. So not really they were probably all garbage time carries too! He did return kicks that year though.

Um, Bradshaw played in 12 games in 07. And oh yeah, it was his rookie year. Is Joacbs a rookie? No. Is he a cry baby whose best years are behind him and his only hope for good rushing stats depends on playing behind an awesome offensive line? Yes.

Sounds like the niners had one hell of a draft last year. None of them are good enough to contribute. And don’t give me the “niners don’t play their rookies” crap. If they’re good, rookies will play. Regardless of which team drafts them.

At least two of them couldn’t start HERE, that’s why they’re THERE to begin with.

And none of them would start ANYWHERE except teams desperate for a running game like Green Bay or Arizona.

They have Dixon, behind Gore and Hunter. When was he going to play anyway? And James is the heir-apparent to Gore. I’m happy for Brandon, that he got his money. He took pay cuts twice while he was here so that guys could get theirs. He’s still loved here.
