Wow Finley has not done anything on the field but yet finds it completely necessary to talk non-stop. I hope the Packers make the right decision and cut him at the end of the season and give D.J. Williams the starting job. At least he catches passes other than Butterfinger Finley.

I’ve never seen a team/fan base so overconfident. Even Rodgers said he was expecting to come in and blow the Jags out. Pretty sad that people can’t give credit where its due. Is it too hard to admit that the Jags played halfway decent?

Man I love Finley, his guts to say what others are afraid 2. We do o line problems, running and pass blocking. Some blame goes to Rodgers for holding the ball 2 long. Rodgers said himself on his radio show that team r doubling Finley and taking him out the game. Finley gets few opportunities. He has as many drops as jordy, but people give jordy a break because he is quiet in the media and he receives more passes thrown at him. Many of the one on one coverage that jordy receives is because of Finley. Ease up on Finley!

that locker room has problems… Jennings has been told that the packers wont give him a new contract next season. Finley knows hes gone next season so hes pissed and will say anything to the media about the team. Driver knows he is gone next season and the packers dont even put him on the field.. 1or 2 plays mabe per game…NO BONUS MONEY. Rodgers wants his big contract. he dont care about the WR’s that made him the MVP

If that’s the way he feels, Ted Thompson should send Finley to either Carolina (for DeAngelo Williams) or to the Jaguars for a fifth round pick (apologies to Jags and Panthers fans). That will teach him from dogging on a well-respected organization.

I’m so tired of hearing him blame everyone but himself. While football is a team sport how about you start saying I instead of we when it comes to pointing out mistakes. Also if you’re going to be running your mouth every chance you get about you have the plays to back it up. Nothing worse than talking smack about other players/teams when your own performance is subpar at best.

Center and Offensive Tackles can’t run block worth a crap…

Bulaga should get credit for those tackles on Alex Green behind the line of scrimmage…

Its hard to catch the ball when its not thrown to him idiots, sure he has a few drops but he isnt producing bc rodgers wont throw to him. For u guys mouthing for his production last i noticed he starts on an NFL team, what do you do?

I don’t play professional football, but then again, I don’t get PAID like he gets paid to play professional football.
If you had watched him AT ALL this year, you would have seen a guy who is rarely open(whose fault is that?) and on more than one occasion drop an easy grab. He doesn’t get the ball because he isn’t open. And Rodgers isn’t going to waste a pass on a guy who is 50-50 catching it.
And by the way, he can’t block either.
He starts on the Packers because they have a nice chunk of change into him. Compare him to the Gronk in New England, etc. Finley is horsepuckey. Sad you can’t see it.

This guy could be the best TE in the league, if it wasn’t for his drops and attitude.

His talk is beyond getting old.

Yes the Packers should have won by atleast 2 TDs they didn’t. So he should take it upon himself to do something, to help the team do better.

Maybe tell coachs to put a few plays in where he can stay in and block if Rodgers isn’t getting enough time.

The Packers are very banged up not I hope they can win this weekend and get healthy over the bye week.

Not the best thing to say about an opponent. Especially one that came dangerously close to winning. If the Jaguars had just one more player healthy that game would’ve resulted in a Packer loss.

With his contract and with the iffy state of the Packers’ offense, this guy should really be spending his time working on producing more than a lot of hot air. He had a golden chance to prove his naysayers wrong and probably re-gain a ton of Rodgers’ trust by producing on the field yesterday and he didn’t.

That said, and it pains me to admit this, I pretty much agree with him about the O Line. It’s absolutely a bad idea for a fellow teammate to be the one to call them out but that doesn’t mean what he said was untrue. They stink. Not one of them, from coaching staff to players, seems willing to admit they’re doing a horrible job as a unit this season. The most any one of them will admit after a bad performance is the need for more consistency. Well, the thing is, they are consistent. Consistently: falling down, tripping up their own teammates, not able to block anyone, and standing around watching their QB land flat on his back or side or take a helmet to the head as the other team’s defense takes him down without ever being touched.

I really hate Finley. I cannot wait for him to leave Green Bay. At best he is currently a backup without a QB like Aaron Rodgers. Why hasn’t the team told this clown to shut up until he catches something other than a cold.

Lots of damage control from him running his mouth and lots of really elaborate celebrations following routine plays, lots of great work on twitter, and zero production on the field. If there are no takers for a trade then cut him and move on.

Both teams were heavily injured not just the Jaguars. The Packer’s top 3 offensive threats were out.

The Colts game had nothing to do with the Offenses, the Packer’s defense lost that game. Just as they did last year, the offense has to bail out the defense.
