Colts announce another sellout

The streak continues. And it should.

This week’s game at Lucas Oil Stadium featuring the 4-3 Colts against the 4-3 Dolphins has been sold out.

Yes, the 4-3 Colts. As in twice the wins from last year. As in one more win than when Peyton Manning was a rookie on a team that featured Hall of Famer Marshall Faulk and eventual Hall of Famer Marvin Harrison.

The team now has a 84-game sellout streak. Which means that a game during the Peyton Manning era actually didn’t sell out. Which is a little bizarre.

Also a little (or a lot) bizarre is the fact that both the Colts and Dolphins having winning records after eight weeks of the 2012 season. The winner becomes a real contender for the postseason. The loser still has a decent chance, too.
