Infectorman – Jennings doesn’t much like playing in the slot and is much better outside.
Samantha – he wasn’t going to have the surgery Tuesday and play on Sunday, Einstein. The delay will make no difference as to when he returns.
Frazier – it’s 13 championships including 4 Super Bowls. Which you should respect.
At the start of the year I thought it was a sure thing that Jennings would be gone next year. But with his injury problems, it’s much less likely that teams are going to throw a lot of money at him. He may be back with the Pack after all.

Shouldn’t you be out explaining how, despite his tendency to peak in the first game of the year and then fade over the next 15 games, that Ponder is still a viable long term solution at QB? Maybe you’ll actually find a QB before AD retires, but I doubt it. Way to waste one of the most talented RBs ever. They should just contract the viks, like they wanted to do to the twins.

Jennings is a smart guy ..using the storm to postpone the surgery. Now it will take longer to get back on the field and play for a team that has told him that they will not give him a contract next season.

It’s possible this was a sliding hernia and that is why it was missed and miss diagnosed. Standard hernias are easy to spot but sliding hernias are not as the bowls slip in and out of their rightful place in the body (usually a tear in the abdominal wall, or muscle tissue causes hernias).

This gets better and better for Greg Jennings. If he knew that it was a hernia and didn’t have surgery, how can you possibly have any respect for him now?

Pretty sure they had no idea it was a hernia. Just thought it was a groin pull, probably because he was diagnosed with the same injury last year. Makes me wonder why big money athletes don’t get second and third opinions sooner than this. As if it’s that difficult to get an MRI. He may have been back already, or at least had a shot to be back after the bye.
