True, but others have lost to those same teams when the Falcon’s didn’t.

Just picking one of the other teams at the top, the NY Giants, they’ve also only won one game against a winning team (49ers) while the rest of their wins are to losing record teams too. The only difference is both their 2 losses are to teams with losing records (Cowboys & Eagles).

Not saying the Giant’s aren’t a great team. As a Falcon’s fan they scare the hell out of me and hope the game against them in week 15 is a good game and the Falcons can get some redemption for that embarrassment last year. I’m just saying at the end of the day it doesn’t matter what your opponents record is and whether they win or lose their other games, it only matters what YOUR record is.

Sure, winning the division would be nice, playing at home for a game or two would be great, but the home team doesn’t always win (boy, do we Steeler fans know that tune). I can offer up a few more cliches on this subject, but i don’t want to upset the fine dinner I just had.

Like it or not, Jay Cutler is the very definition of a MVP. Does he have to play better against the Pack? Yes but that’s no different than Manning having to get through the Pats years ago. Jay Cutler is the truth.

I have a question for fellow football junkies: if the Chiefs maintain anything close to this staggering ineptitude throughout the season, will they be remembered as among the very worst teams in the history of the game despite their one win? To trot out an oft-repeated but astonishing stat: they haven’t led for a single second in regulation…and we’re in week eight! That’s almost impossible to accomplish. I swear that I’m not a Chiefs “hater”; I just find it genuinely fascinating that in an age where parity reigns supreme, there’s a team THIS incapable of even competing

Reggie is playing ageless. One of the most productive WRs in the NFL this year and nobody guessed that. (54 rec, 757 yards… most in NFL).

New coaches, all new TEs & WRs beside Wayne (no Garcon, Collie, Clark, Tamme), OLine changes, average Running Game… and Luck/Wayne seem unphased by it.

Yes… he may be effective, but so are are steriods and helmet to helmet shots to QBs.

All of those players have been more instrumental to the Bears success than Jay. Don’t get me wrong, I love Jay, but without Marshall I think this would be his worst season ever.
