Colts already ruling out Fleener and Davis

Coby Fleener, David Harris AP

The Colts will be without two starters Sunday against the Dolphins, as interim coach Bruce Arians said cornerback Vontae Davis and tight end Coby Fleener would not play this week.

According to the Associated Press, Arians said he hoped the injuries would not be long-term. Both players were hurt Sunday at Tennessee.

Davis left the game late with a knee injury, while Fleener left just before halftime with a shoulder problem.

Fleener, the college teammate of Colts quarterback Andrew Luck, is third on the team with 21 catches.

was looking forward to the Fins facing Vontae Davis,
and see how many Pass Interference Penaltys he would have against Hartline and Bess, what a fleecing
Ireland gave to Colts with that trade. WOW! a 2nc & a 6th for a dud and all the Philly got was a 5th for a all-pro CB. Hope Tannehill plays this week and out shines suck for Luck! Fins Up!

Given the talent that Miami has put on the field for the last 15 years, it’s obvious that they haven’t been fleecing anyone. We appreciate getting Davis. He’s been very solid when he has been healthy. Your rookie couldn’t carry Luck’s jock.

Tannehill has out performed Luck so far. Meaning, Luck was supposed to be a “savior” while many thought Tannehill wasn’t ready.

Miami has run more no-huddle than anyone and its funny that Tannehill looks a lot like Peyton back there directing traffic. To say he “couldn’t carry Lucks jock is just blind homerish. (see above numbers for proof)

As for the game, I just don’t see the Colts scoring much on Miami’s tough D while Miami should win this one by 3+.
