Armstrong actually has exceptional football IQ, not to mention he actually can block and is an exceptional special teams player, if he’s utilized for it. He had a tremendous first year with the Skins then they destroyed his confidence for the following year, not to mention until this year, the skins haven’t had a QB worth a damn. He would’ve done well with RGIII, He could’ve done well in Miami, yet he was hardly targeted. He had drops, lets face it the ones he dropped were mostly poorly thrown as well, you can’t always blame purely the receiver. I’d put my money on Armstrong, any player with a work ethic like his is never a bad bet.

Good luck Jacksonville with Armstrong, he may work out as well as Chad Henne has. When the Dolphins get rid of someone, you can guarantee they are NO GOOD. Jaguars suck, so he may be better than what they have.

Armstrong is actually a pretty good receiver. He’s very fast, can stretch the field and can make some very impressive catches. He just has never had that break out game and then a consistent follow up, at least in Washington. Compared to the FA receivers out there and there own WR’s Jaguars made a good move.

What are u guys talking about? He was given a chance, an then got cut, then Miami gave him a chance, he dropped 3 passes and missed several others, Armstrong is terrible.. Nothin but speed, I have better hands than he does and his route running and football iq is far below standards.

Gene, Gene, The Mistake Machine raids the one team in the league who may have a worse set of receivers than the Jags for their leftovers. Last year he brought in cuts from the three worst passing offenses after Jacksonville, the Rams, Colts, and Browns, at the position.

He can do as much production if not more Mike Thomas produced in this season playing 7 games. 13 receptions with more drops for 80 yards (accidentally matching his Jersey number) and one fumble.
