He has a very level head, doesn’t get to high on himself and doesn’t get to low on himself.

There are 2nd year players and some older vets that would benefit from that mentallity.

TT is great at drafting WRs and finding DBs, and when injuries do amount, instead of dipping into the FA pool. They go with the players they drafted, because they fit the scheme.

With Hayward and House, Thompson has made the Packers ready for the departure of Woodson. And Jarrett Bush can stay on special teams. That’s a relief!
