In hindsight, maybe the Eagles should have spent a little more money on building their team.

Before the regular season began, the Eagles looked like geniuses for putting together a Super Bowl contender with plenty of cap room to spare. Now 3-4, the fact that the Eagles have $20.1 million in remaining cap space creates a far different impression.
