You do understand that the first 3 years of Brees’s contract affecta the cap just about the same it has been. It was structured to favor the team, with an option the restructure after 3 years, but I guess you don’t care about that, right? I also suppose the reason they are doing poorly has nothing to do with missing the head coach, assitant coach for 6 games, GM for 8 games, or all the decimating punishments the saints received. get out of here.

This team should have lost 3 first round picks. One for each year it was proven they cheated. I would even love to see a forced sale and move of the team. LA Taints has a nice ring to it.

Yeah, their defense is terrible. And it isn’t like that is a new development. It is a lot easier to win games when your offense is putting up giant numbers and you get to play from the lead all of the time.

Also, Brees saying that the offense needs to score more is a lot better than him throwing his defense, and his coaches under the bus. He is stepping up and saying that he is going to what he can to do improve the team’s chances to win.

He was comparing the offense’s performances now to what it has been in the past and how no matter how bad the defense performed it didn’t matter because they could always outscore teams… And since you two seem to be part of the “I hate the Who Dat Nation Association” I’m willing to bet you’ve witness a few of those 30-40 burgers. Is it really an insult when you say the Saints are “only” 27 points per game team? One the highest totals in the NFL?

Bress is saying they are a 30-40 point offense because they usually are (e.g. past years). He is not saying they are at this moment. He is saying the offense needs to do better. In other words, the offense should be putting up 30-40 points (30-40 points offense), but they are not. Learn how to read and comprehend.

Every team has they up and down year and there is know other teams in the league that been through what the New Orleans Saints going through. Now let’s look at if all this mess talking about this suppose to be bounty program is not true but this team had lost their head coach for a whole year and damage the team ability to play better. But we saying New Orleans Saints is the worst team in the NFL in 2012 so this should tell us all something that the NFL commissioner Roger Goodell dis-assemble the New Orleans Saints on hearsay. (1) this was wrong how can you charge someone with the lest of evidences. (2) then set there and say you don’t need to show proof of evidences. (3) then want to tell a federal court judge what he or she can’t do, this why they has federal court so all you big time organization want try and use your power unfairly. (4) the federal court don’t care if you are the President of the United States of America, they want fairness in your dealing. (5) the public view about the New Orleans Saints you did it stop whinning and take your suspension like a man, wanting someone to accept something that is hearsay and lose they job for a whole year without pay. (6) to the public how would you like for your public justice system to work like the NFL system, you fools will do the samething Vilma and the other players are doing fighting for their rights. CBA rules players don’t have a problem with the CBA rules but both sides must be fair, there are fairness in any job you have just because I’m a owner of a business don’t give me right to say you stole my money when I don’t have proof. I can’t take know one word because that’s not solid enough I need proof, this is all these players are saying they need proof.

Hey Zach and Drew, grow some balls and try saying, “our coaching staff doesnt call enough running plays to have balance and our defense stays on the field too long. Maybe we should audible to teh run play when Pete keeps calling passing plays”
