Packers receiver Jordy Nelson entered the game against Arizona with a hamstring injury.

He has exited with a noticeable limp after sliding in an effort to catch a pass near the Cardinals’ goal line.

It appears that the trainers are working on Nelson’s right ankle.

There’s no score at Lambeau Field in the first meeting between a pair of teams that put up 96 in their last meeting.

UPDATE 1:28 p.m. ET: And as soon as I hit the “publish” button, Packers quarterback Aaron Rodgers connected with receiver Randall Cobb for a 13-yard touchdown.
