Jerrys problem isnt that he’s a bad GM, because if you watch Cowboy games, you see they have a lot of very good players, his problem is that he’s head coach also. Jerry doesnt hire competent coaches, he hires yes men who will call whatever play he sends down from the skybox.

If Jerry would just stick to GM duties and actually hire a real coach and let that coach do his job without meddling in the coaching aspect of things, he would be ok.

Jerry I have been a cowboys fan since I was 6, and I am 35 now. I have a message from Cowboys fans, go F_CK YOURSELF. I am jumping ship, and will either be a giants fan so I can watch you and Romo get ass-pounded twice a year or I will become a 49ers fan because I know you, Jerry, despise them.

Dallas fans I hope you all show Jerry how screwed he is and boycott the games. Nothing would hurt him more than to have home games empty.

The only way things will ever change in Dallas is when Jerry stops making a profit. I invite all Cowboy fans to start boycotting the Cowboys. Don’t get me wrong I will always root for the Cowboys but I will no longer financially support them. We as fans need to stop buying jerseys, hats, tee shirts etc. Most importantly stop buying tickets to the games. Maybe when Jerry sees an empty stadium and no merchandise sales it might get his attention. If there is one thing Jerry wants more than a superbowl win it’s money. Cut it off Cowboy fans. Stop spending money supporting a team that has one playoff win in 17 years. Its the only way to make Jerry sit up and take notice that we as fans have had enough.

People need to stop comparing Jerrah to Al Davis. Al Davis actually had a football background, hes not just a rich guy with an ego the size of the state he lives in who bought a team. Sure, Al did lose it at the end, but teams he built actually won 3 Super Bowls. If you take away the teams that Jimmy Johnson put together before Jerrah took over. He has none. And never will.

At least Khan realizes he’s not a football expert and that he needs a good GM to make the player/personnel decisions.

I hate to say this but once those changes happen, and as long as Jerry Jones remains so dang stubborn, Jacksonville has a better chance to win a SB then Dallas does in the coming years.

I have followed the Cowboys since I was seven years old. I am now in my mid forties. Jerry Jones, I have finally had it! The Cowboys have been inept for well over a decade now. The only explanation for their ineptitude now falls squarely on the position of General Manager…That’s you Jerry! Give it up already. Owners need to own…and that’s it…That’s all you should be doing. In my mind, Jerry, you have set fire to a storied franchise; but, you are too stubborn to admit it. Put out the fire already!

Man, the ego on this guy. I get the whole, I own the team and think I know what I’m doing, so I’m going to keep on doing it. But at least get someone else who isn’t a ‘yes’ man to work with you, and perhaps open up your mind to other possibilities.
