Hopefully this means Braylon will be good to go now for our WR depth and this means Thurmond is good to go. Need to see him taking snaps from Trufant gradually and then full-time…no disrespect to Marcus, but he keeps getting beat by the small, shifty slot receivers…

I didn’t understand how we kept Martin. Sure he could play special teams but he is slow, doesn’t run good routes. He did catch a few preseason balls that was about it. Thurmond coming back would help on 3rd downs, Trufant all though he was a fan favorite has been getting beat regularly since his back started failing on him. They might need to sign a linebacker if KJ Wright and isn’t ready to go next week which a big hit because I didn’t like the linebackers played with Morgan in his place.

hopefully this is a sign WTIII is ready to go. The Hawks really need him to help protect the middle/slot/speedier recievers on pass defense

Ahh, that sucks, was hoping the Walla Walla product could stay on. He looked good when he got chances with the ball. At least he can always say he beat T.O. for a roster spot.
