The best thing Beanie can do is stay healthy and run his rear off the end of the season, it will make his trade in Feb. go much more smoothly for the Cards.

When healthy this guy can be a beast and a much needed weapon to help this terrible offensive line, the problem is he hardly is ever healthy and always has some type of injury which makes him very soft. Now whoever is calling plays Miller or Whiz can find a way to use Beanie that will not be predictable for defensives to stack the box.

The “vintage” Beanie Wells? Is that really good? Last year, his best, he averaged 74 yards a game in 14 games with an avg of 4.3 yards a carry. In his previous year, 3.4 yards a carry for a grand total of 397 yds in 13 games, then this year he was averaging 2.6 yards a carry until he got hurt. He is an ok back, I guess, but to state that you are “vintage” and the “real deal” is a huge stretch. I suggest he put down the pipe and just focus on his job…and don’t fumble.
