When Eli is throwing fade routes to Ruben Randle & not Hakeem, there is an issue. Also, no offense to that Lewis kid from the Steelers, but he looked liked the 2nd coming of Champ Bailey in that game against Nicks. When he’s healthy, he abuses CB’s like that for breakfast…

Also, I think a lot of the Giant’s red zone woes directly correlate to Nick’s injury. He’s always been Eli’s security blanket in the corner of the end zone. I haven’t seen one fade pass throw to him this year, which is frightening.

I”m a big fan of Cruz as well, but he’s more suited for an open field rather than a restricted field like inside the 20. Hopefully Nicks will get healthy soon, or we should sit him & let him rest.
