The really amazing part is that we had the same guys last year, minus Nicks, and they were awful. How about some love for the coaching staff!

Oh and go bucs baby.. Even if we don’t make the playoffs this year, I’m glad to see a ray of hope coming through for seasons to come. When davin and Carl finally come back and we get some new draft picks in there to fill whatever spots are left, this team will be dangerous.

How is jason peters a bigger loss than Carl nicks and davin Joseph? 2 pro bowlers are harder to replace than 1. The eagles just talked so much crap the last 2 seasons about dream team this and were going to be playoff contenders that , just karma and injuries finally caught up.. When Vick has 1 second to get rid of the ball that’s not just peters being gone, that’s the whole offense not doing their part and relying on hope and a prayer.

lol…its a little bit different. Losing Jason Peters is a bigger blow than both Nicks and Joseph.

The Eagles have 1 original starter playing, Evan Mathis…and he was the weak spot on the line from last year. Weve had to fill 4 of 5 spots, not just 2.

To be fair, the 2010 team that played so well also wound up with a patchwork line, as there were loads of injuries that year as well.

Also, it’s really been “patchwork” for one week, as the Oakland game was the first game without Carl Nicks anchoring things.
