APA hamstring injury could force Oakland Raiders defensive tackle Richard Seymour to miss this Sunday’s game against the Baltimore Ravens.
According to Jerry McDonald of the Bay Area News Group, Seymour appears unlikely to play after missing a second straight day of practice with a hamstring strain.
“He couldn’t practice today if he had to,” [Raiders head coach Dennis] Allen said. “We’ll see where he is tomorrow.”
Per McDonald, Seymour didn’t seem too optimistic on his availability either.
“I don’t know, I’m not sure. Hammies are tough. I’ve had them throughout my career. The only thing you can do is work hard. When it’s ready I’ll be back,” Seymour said.
Desmond Bryant would likely get the start in Seymour’s place if he is unable to play. Seymour has recorded 15 tackles with three sacks and a fumble recovery in eight games for the Raiders this season.

huge loss.Hes the anchor on that defense that helped shut down the Bucs running game last week.Oh wait
Who cares, good riddance after this year. Only good for a personal foul.
It will not matter, Raiders are going to get smashed.
He’s been playing with the bad knee and barely practicing for so long, but the hamstring is another story.
Hang in there, Big Sey.
Never practices, don’t play hard no more. This is not surprising. In fact inevitable
i dont think it matters…he’s had bad knees of late, and the depth across the d-line is poor. Raiders need to get consistent on pass protect or its going to be a long day v. the Ravens.

Excuse me, Douglas, but we save choo choo Chargers for humb0lt and his Super Bowl Express drivel. It does not hurt us. If you want us to lose our temper, make fun of our runny mascara or our criminal record. Or Palmer’s red zone efficiency. Choo choo.
