This game will not be as close as people think. The Falcons offense against 32 ranked pass def and 31 run def…..not a good mix. Ryan throws over 400 and Julio and Roddy both go over 100.

The Saints earned this underdog status by losing at home to the Redskins and the Chiefs (!!!). So no surprise that Las Vegas won’t be fooled again.

Watch out bettors. The Saints/Falcon games almost always come down to that 3 point field goal making it a 50/50 proposition regardless of team standings.

According to Jeff Duncan of the New Orleans Times-Picayune, the Falcons are a 2 1/2-point favorite Sunday.

…and yes it does matter what the Falcons do this week because a win in the Super Dome in November and on 2/3/13 would bother a great deal of Saints fans for decades.
