Come on people it wasn’t that bad. It’s not like he went all “Woody Hayes” on the refs. To think that the refs had it in for this poor excuse for an NFL team is laughable. There is a reason they have one of the worst records in the NFL and it doesn’t have to do with the refs. One bright spot, the cheerleaders looked great.

Anyone remember week 1 when thegreatgabbert and all 11 of the other Jags fans were on here talking a out how Gabbert looked great all preseason and this was a new season,Jags were going to be a force,blah blah blah.
Looks like the conventional wisdom was right.
The Jags WILL be a force in the draft though. Some desperate team(Cowboys) will trade up for that #2 overall pick. The Jags will probably use those traded picks to draft a collection of busts and highly talented problem children though.

The Jags got screwed by the officials, no doubt about it, but that was a truly unprofessional display Mularkey put on, no excuses.

If Blaine Gabberts yards per pass went any lower, it would be a negative.

throwing 20 5 yd hitch passes in the 1st 3 qtrs might have had something to do with it as well. who calls those plays??
oh yeah, mularkey. highly predictable, generic and devoid of talent makes for not much of a head coaching legacy.

He should’ve been upset because the refs should have spent a few mins reviewing that. It wasn’t so cut and dry….. It almost sounds like he is saying that the refs are vindictive here. Saying that his outburst may have caused the refs to lean more toward calling in favor of Indy when tje call could go either way. I tend to agree. The regular refs have long been known to hold grudges.

Hard to blame Mularkey. I was at the game and watched it again the next day. The refs were terrible. Some really bad calls that affected the game. No difference between the replacement refs and the regular refs, except the regular refs should know better. Jags were bad but the refs were worse.
