I think McCown could do ok for the Bears. He won’t be asked to run an explosive offense or try to win shootouts. The Bears defense are the ones responsible for winning/losing games.

McCown primarily needs to protect the ball and eek out enough points for a win.

I’m a Packer fan and a Cutler hater but I think he’s one of the toughest QBs in the league. That hit was brutal and would have knocked anyone out of the game. I would say the biggest problem with the Bears is Tice. I still can’t figure out what the Bears were thinking in making him their OC. They saw firsthand what a joke he was in Minny. He’s an O-line coach, period.

Ok i’m not gonna play attorney here and try really hard to defend campbell, but in his defense, he got Zero snaps with the first unit in practice last week. I don’t care if your Tom Brady, that can easily cause some chemistry issues. but no doubt, he did leave some plays out there on the field. Especially the wide open pass down the middle of the field to Matt Forte. but clearly Kellen Davis has to go! he looks like a big frustrated baby out there everytime he messes up! Smh

Cutler was trying to make a play when he took that shot…it’s amazing that people think this guy is injury proned!!!!! He gets up most of the time and take hits that probably only Big Ben from Steelers can take, ask Vick how he feels every Monday morning!!
The Bears need Ashlon Jeffery back like ASAP!!!!! He is a rookie but in games he played he has showned that he is a legit No. 2!!!!! Tice is tripping by keeping Hester out there whether it’s him Drake or Lovie, Hetser at best is a No. 4 WR, rather have Bennett or that kid from Ohio State they drafted last year!!!!! Last please , please , please draft a TE or sign one in FA next year!!!!

The McCown brothers have the coolest lives. Being a journeyman back-up quarterback sounds awesome. It’s like winning the lottery every year. When quarterbacks get injured or benched, the rest of us go see how it affects our fantasy football season. The McCowns wait for a call to say “Congrats Josh… wait, I mean Luke… wait, it actually doesn’t matter… you’re a professional football player again, here’s enough money to buy a Porsche.”

how about they sign him as the new offensive coordinator instead of backup qb? has there ever been a team in the nfl as inept on offense on a regular basis as the bears? I never thought they could get worse as a play caller than ron turner but congrats tice you are just as bad if not worse. does this man know you are allowed to make adj. to his so called game plan during the game if it is not working? who besides mike martz would call passing plays on almost every down in weather like this? just awful hideous play calling along with a terrible offense.

As a Vikes fan I really like Tice as a personality, and he’s a great O-line coach. But I’m not a believer in him as an Offensive Coordinator or a Head Coach. He understands the physical nature of the game but is not a great tactician.

Well they need to do something. If Cutler goes out for good the team is toast as most teams would be, but the defense cannot carry the entire load for the entire year.

Campbell looked horrible. Also, you have to throw to other WR’s besides Marshall.

The Bears are in trouble. I know Houston has a good defense, but at home in bad weather? that should’ve been the Bears game no question. They just can’t score any points and a good defense can only take you so far.

I remember how frustrating it was having Campbell at QB for the Raiders.

Check down after check down, with all the coaches yelling “cut it loose, cut it loose”.

When he finally did, his long ball was never on the money.

Very frustrating. Good luck to him & the Bears though.

The Bears can bring in Tom Brady if they could and their offense would still suck! Davis #87 is horrible, Hester has been isolated, Tice has the worse game plan and is too predictable!

Bears without JC6 will end up 9-7
Bears with JC6 will end up 12-4 (not good enough)
