They should have signed Ocho or Plax when Garcon got hurt. They may not have seen many catches, but they would at least draw coverage. That would help Hankerson, Moss and Morgan a lot.

Because having a legitimate receiver on the field will not only be huge for Griffin’s development, but will help keep the defense off the field, allowing Washington to stay relevant in games. On top of that, while serious, this is not an injury that will affect Garcon long-term. He’ll have surgery at some point regardless, and whether that should happen now or seven weeks from now, it can’t hurt to evaluate on the field.
