Bills defensive end Chris Kelsay will not play on Thursday night against the Dolphins, missing his second consecutive game with a neck injury.

The Bills confirmed today that Kelsay, whom coach Chan Gailey had previously described as 50-50 to play against the Dolphins, has been ruled out.

The struggling Buffalo defense will also be missing defensive end Mark Anderson, who is out for his fifth straight game, and cornerback Aaron Williams, out for his second straight game. Running back Fred Jackson was already ruled out for the game against the Dolphins.

The healthy Dolphins didn’t list anyone as out or doubtful on their injury report. The biggest name mentioned was receiver Jabar Gaffney, who was listed as questionable with a knee injury.
