Actions speak louder than words and/or tweets. That said, RS can definitely back up his arrogance with his play as those outside Seattle and the NFC West will continue to discover. Should have been a Pro Bowler last year, will definitely be this year. 5th Round steal. Glad Harbaugh didn't know what he had in this guy at Stanford.

There’s more than one way to win in the NFL, and the 49ers and Seahawks play great D and run the ball down your throats. Big props to Sherman. He may play for the Seachickens, but they’re not exactly a punchline anymore

Punchline?? Kind of like a franchise that had 8 strait non-winning seasons prior to last year?

------------------------------------------------

Seattle Seahawks 275-299 lifetime
San Fransico 49ers 528-425-16 with 5 Lombardis.

I don't have a horse in this race, but the numbers speak for themselves.

The best thing about his game this past week was he improvised on the strip-sack, which was actually his first-ever NFL sack.

He said after the game he noticed the Jets had brought in a third tight end, a guy who was like 6'5" 300. He didn't think they brought him in to run a route, given it wasn't a goal-line situation, and there was no WR on his side of the field, so he decided to freelance on a blitz. No one touched him, and when Sanchez tried to get off a last-second pass, he fumbled. End result, Sherman forced his second turnover of the game, and the coaching staff will have to think about the possibility of some called corner blitzes in weeks to come.

Them's some smart people who go to Stanford, ayup.

A lot of teams in the NFL have one player who exemplifies who they are. Seahawks have a full squadron of players who will only get better from here on out. We're not Super Bowl contenders this year, but our guys are young and hungry. This city deserves a championship.

Pretty safe to say Pete and JS know what they are doing even though the "experts" bash their drafts every year.

Sherm 5th rd, thomas 1st rd , kam 4th rd- all pro bowlers.

Plucked Pro Bowler Browner from the CFL and is anyone really laughing at those Irvin, Wagner and RW picks now?

As a 49er fan, I have to say: The Seahawks are a pretty good football team. Their secondary is pretty top notch, and I never expected them to beat up the Patriots in Foxboro earlier this year.
