Dez Bryant’s case to be reviewed under personal conduct policy

The fact that Cowboys receiver Dez Bryant could eventually secure a dismissal of the charges arising from the alleged assault of his mother by completing an anger-management course and staying out of trouble won’t keep him out of trouble with the league office.

NFL spokesman Greg Aiello tells PFT that Bryant’s case will be reviewed under the personal conduct policy.

The policy applies to any disposition of criminal charges other than an outright dismissal or acquittal.

Though Bryant may not face a suspension since he’s a first-time offender, he could be fined.  And he will definitely face more aggressive scrutiny if he runs afoul of the long arm of the law in the future.
