		<description><![CDATA[Now, they both understand that the team rules are what it cost. In the long run, they&#039;ll be better off.  It&#039;s about team. It&#039;s done, time to move on. We don&#039;t need to know, what it was. Jeff obviously didn&#039;t hesitate. The purpose of the loss of playing or not, has to mean something or they may take advantage in the future. I commend Jeff, for making a hard choice. But, he isn&#039;t going to put up with anything that will break the discipline that keeps everyone looking at the big picture of his rules for keeping the Rams united in the long run.]]></description>
