Especially after he even explains the humor. He’s either a flat out liar, or he made himself appear to one by deleting the tweet and should answer for suspicious Twitter games that are now an even bigger concern since that one clearly has proven legs as a verified reason to gripe about him that he cannot deny, if in fact he is telling the truth.

He has to pick one scenario that verifies for sure which reason gives him no outs for complaints and criticisms. So Ed, pick one of those two first and then we can comment on point more precisely and appropriately.

Either way his actions are unprofessional and poor work. He should be reprimanded or fired and if he’s not fine with that then ESPN needs to set higher standards and find somebody better to replace him with.

No more lousy or incompetent journalism or reporting, or continue to get critiqued on it.
