As Peter King pointed out on Friday’s Pro Football Talk, Cowboys quarterback Tony Romo has a better record in November than Barack Obama.

But Romo’s 20-3 mark in the penultimate month of the year is in early trouble, with the Browns leading 7-0 over the Cowboys in Dallas.

A pass from quarterback Brandon Weeden to tight end Ben Watson capped a 10-play, 48-yard drive.

Rookie running back Trent Richardson has 20 yards on seven carries for the Browns.
