The Falcons’ recent run of postseason frustration began with a loss to the Cardinals in 2008. Atlanta’s most recent run of frustration could be extended by the Cardinals on Sunday.

The Cardinals have scored the first 10 points of the game, in the first four minutes and one second of the first quarter.

The first came via a first-play interception of Falcons quarterback Matt Ryan, which was returned to the Atlanta nine. Two runs later by running back LaRod Stephens-Howling, the Cards scored.

A three-and-out from the Falcons followed by a 40-yard run by Stephens-Howling put the Cards in position for an eventual field goal.
